Service Description
"IS IT TIME?" (Decision Timing Check) is a one-time automated digital classification service. You submit answers to 12 closed questions about a decision you're considering, and receive a single automated classification output consisting of:
- A score (0–10, displayed with one decimal place, ordinal not clinical)
- A status (COLLAPSE | UNSTABLE | VIABLE | STRONG | CLEAR)
- Optional pattern labels (0–2 labels from a closed vocabulary, sporadic display)
This product is defined as a one-time automated digital classification. It is informational only.
An optional Extended tier provides a framework reference (method and vocabulary) and does not interpret your personal result.
Nature of the Service
This tool provides an automated informational classification only. It does not provide advice, therapy, diagnosis, or professional guidance.
Support
Support is available exclusively for payment and delivery issues. No interpretation or advisory support is provided.
Non-Directive Classification
This is a non-directive classification. No advice, instructions, or recommendations are provided.
This service provides automated, non-directive informational output only. It does NOT provide:
- Advice, coaching, therapy, counseling, or recommendations
- Medical, mental health, legal, financial, or business guidance
- Endorsements, certifications, or approvals
- Explanations, interpretations, or "why" statements
No Guarantees
No guarantees of outcomes. We make no guarantees about:
- The accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of the classification
- Any decision outcome or consequence
- Compatibility with your specific situation
One Purchase = One Result
One purchase = one result for one submission; no follow-up/support included.
Each purchase grants access to complete one classification for one submission. Once you receive your result (score + status + optional patterns), the purchase is consumed and cannot be reused for different decisions or re-evaluations.
Preview tokens are valid for approximately 30 minutes. If a preview expires before purchase, you must run the check again to generate a new submission. If payment has already completed, we will still attempt to deliver your result.
Price & Payment
Base: €19 one-time payment (no subscription).
Extended: €27 one-time payment (framework reference; not result interpretation).
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card statement may show a descriptor related to our service provider or payment processor.
Immediate Digital Delivery
The result is delivered instantly by being displayed on-screen after successful payment. There is no physical product.
Preview tokens are valid for approximately 30 minutes. If a preview expires before purchase, you must run the check again to generate a new submission. If payment has already completed, we will still attempt to deliver your result.
By accepting the immediate performance consent at checkout, you acknowledge that:
- You request immediate delivery of the digital service
- Where applicable, this may affect any withdrawal right once fully performed
Refunds
If the result is delivered, refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.
Refunds are provided:
- If required by applicable law
- If payment succeeded but delivery failed, contact support for re-delivery or refund
Refunds are NOT provided if:
- You disagree with the classification output
- You change your mind after accessing the result
- The result does not meet your expectations
- You accessed the result successfully (delivery completed)
Exclusions
This service cannot and will not process decisions involving:
- Self-harm or suicide
- Minors (decisions about or on behalf of children)
- Medical or mental health treatment
- Illegal activity
- Violence or abuse
You must confirm this exclusion before submission. You must not use this service for excluded categories. If delivery cannot be provided, refunds are handled as required by applicable law.
No Support or Follow-Up
This is a self-service tool. One purchase = one result for one submission; no follow-up/support included.
Support is available for payment and delivery issues only. No interpretation or advisory support is provided.
We do not provide:
- Follow-up consultations or explanations
- Appeals or disputes about classification outputs
- Support beyond technical access issues
- Interpretation or explanation of results
Data Handling
We do not store your answers in a database. Only the final classification output (score, status, and pattern labels) may be retained to allow secure delivery and replay of the purchased result. We record a minimal delivery event (payment session ID and delivery timestamp) to handle delivery disputes. Token-use markers may be cached for up to 7 days to prevent recomputation and reduce delivery disputes. We retain only:
- Stripe session ID (for payment verification and fraud prevention)
- Token hash (temporary, to enforce one-time use)
- Timestamps (for accounting purposes)

Availability & Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may update scoring logic, questions, or terminology without notice. These terms may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or opportunity
- Harm arising from reliance on the classification output
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider is established. Disputes may be subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions in your jurisdiction.
By purchasing and using this service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
